Sun, 12/5/21: We start with a slow yin flow and then we quickly get strong using approachable poses. We move fluidly throughout the class making stamina the emphasis of this flow. Like the title says, this class pretty much touches it all. The class ends with a nice floor stretching sequence and a final bridge pose or wheel if you’re keen.
