The Tadasansa “Mountain Pose” series is an incredible 30 minutes standing sequence that comes from the Krishnamacharya lineage and was passed down from one of my teachers, Srivatsa Ramaswami. Each movement is executed 3 times and will touch and take care of every major joint and muscle in the body, and also is said to align all the chakras. It can be practised by anyone and anywere…enjoy!
