Sun, 1/31/21 – This is an extended version of my dynamic flow. This sequence has standing balancing, lunges, hip stretches and floor work. Each pose is performed 5 times. The first 4 times the poses is held one breath and the 5th time the pose is held for about five breaths. This is a very strong practice!
