Sun, 6/13/21: This one and a half hour flow begins very gentle with a yin style beginning then slowly evolving into sun salutation A then the challenge increases and stays steady for the next 45 mins using approachable yet invigorating poses for upper, lower and mid-body strength, flexibility, balance, stamina and cardio. Ending with some juicy floor work and meditation.
