Getting into our one leg balance here and experiencing how continuous core engagement is fundamental to proper practice of these seemingly simple movements. For those looking to be supreme in their one legged balancing abilities this is the lesson for you. Warming up with my Winding Waist routine to loosen up the waist and stretch out through the obliques to intercostals. This also aids dynamic balancing potential. The workout for this one gets us onto hands and knees to take that core and those hip flexors to new levels of development with a variation of balancing and deep core engaging movements to keep everyone at the level they are working through. This is all designed to empower your one leg prowess.
