not a fan of any politicians. I am currently having a challenging time with a politician who keeps closing small yoga studios but leaving McDonalds and liquor stores open, but that’s not why I am posting this. every living being that is alive is to be honored and respected. Every one. Just like every pose is to be honored and respected. It is the challenging people (poses) in our life that challenge us to "not judge". The “easy” people (poses)in our life are really no challenge to our judgementalness muscle . Well , maybe easy going personalities (poses) are a challenge to our ego. Like thinking we are a better person because we are non-judgmental with this 'easy to understand" person (or we are a better person because we can do the “easy”pose). Love the challenges. Feel the disrespect for the challenging poses and challenging people. Love it all. Final Relaxation comes to soon
