Gorilla – Animal Style
A nice introduction to moving on all 4’s. Working on a lot of dynamic movement through the squat position. This is a great way to build serious leg power while opening up the hips at the same time. You’ll also get a good shoulder workout while engaging your entire core, hip flexors, and calves.

sneaky internal muscle work. it was hard to slow down and after the gentle instruction, i didn't want to leave. definitely will need time to build up my wrists/palms/fingers.
