Tue, 10/27/20 – With our usual gentle beginning we flow into a moderate (for Bryan) standing balancing sequence. Then, into some core strengthening lunges and triangle. Finally twisting and deep hamstring and hip stretches. Oh yeah, there’s some pushups too!
