STAMINA. CARDIO. STRENGTH. LONG DEEP STRETCHING. Maybe it was my fasting or the sun pouring in on me, but I found this more challenging (and longer!) than Bryan's typical class, but this is an awesome flow! Every time I thought we were starting to wind down, Bryan detoured into yet another sequence - a lesson on getting too attached to your expectations :)

This is my absolute favorite yoga class. I do it a few times each month. It does touch everything. It is beautifully challenging and I feel amazing afterwards.
