Tue, 10/19/21: Using salutations and upper body strength poses to grow some heat, we enter a relaxing hip stretch on our way to using a short dynamic lunge sequence to access some deep shoulder, hamstring stretches. Then we go deeper into the hip and we come out of it all born again!
