I physically and spiritually feel my heart space opening up during this class (chakra 4 is a tough one for me). I love Hilaire's chakra classes so much. The class definitely focuses on backbends and working in the heart/shoulder/back space, so don't expect a full-body workout class, but expect to be transformed by it.
