Thu, 11/05/20 – This class has an easy feel to it. The standing one legged balancing sequence is dynamic and strong but the attitude is easy and casual. You could call it a casual flow through a basic sequence. Yet when we get to the core muscles we indulge in one of Bryan’s favorite core routines. Finally some sweet ending stretches.
