About This Class
Burn Baby Burn is a compact but fiery dynamic flow that wastes no time getting the muscles working. The class opens supine — knees-to-chest circles, alternating leg lowers, and figure-four hip stretches with optional twisting — before moving through cat-cow, three-legged dog with bent-knee pulses, and sphinx/cobra backbend variations. The heart of the sequence is a challenging crescent-lunge progression performed on both sides: blocks-supported high-lunge holds, straight-leg kicks (inhale bend / exhale kick), micro hip pulses, and Warrior-I-style 90-degree pulses with arms overhead, finished with a powerful standing hold in warrior alignment. The instructor repeatedly cues nasal breathing, navel-to-spine engagement, and glute activation, framing the burn as confirmation that the muscles are truly working. The class closes with a gentle kneeling glute-squeeze cooldown and a wide-kneed child's pose rest.

Extreme mic failure. Video should be taken down. I found it very frustrating to follow and had to stop halfway.
