Th, 10/22/20 – Stepping away from our traditional warmup series into a creative flow of approachable arm balances. From there we use traditional Bryan Kest power yoga poses in a unique sequence and unusual transitions to accomplish our objective of touching as many body parts and ranges of motion as possible.
