Wed, 7/07/21: 20 push ups broken up into three groups might seem like a lot but remember you don’t have to do them all. The entire rest of the class is a long sweet stretching sequence.

Pretty unique flow .... but there's plenty of leg & arm strengthening sequences and stretching for sure. Sweet challenge !
