Starting with ease in child's pose, Bryan leads you into a gentle yet active standing flow that ends with a sweet floor finish in a resting practice of gratitude. I love these classes so effective in 20 minutes and perfect if you have not practiced for awhile. A great way feel better and get motivated without overwhelming your body/mind but still be challenged
