I have been practicing yoga for almost a decade, and have explored many different branches. However, I keep returning to Power Yoga, time and time again. Yoga has helped me to build self-discipline, as well as a friendship with my body – these are central themes of my practice and teaching. As a constant student, both of my students and my teachers, I encourage all who step into the studio to embrace where you are right now.
In class, we will incorporate breath work, challenging poses, and a strong, fun flow. All levels are welcome. I look forward to practicing with you!
