Mike Nader first began practicing yoga with Bryan Kest in 2004 in order to help his posture as a drummer. What began as a physical practice quickly evolved into a mental practice, keeping him sane while he was on tour. After leaving the music industry, Mike went back to school and became an occupational therapist, currently specializing in orthopedics.

Mike leads you through every category of pose to prepare the spine and breath for these two powerful poses. The class becomes complete with a lead savasana, pranayama and meditation.
Destress & Recharge
This is a post-work practice to destress and recharge. You will move through sun salutations, warrior 3, twists,headstand, and pigeon pose to reduce tension from the day and enliven the body and mind. This class culminates in a led savasana to draw yourself back to lightness and balance.
