Mike Nader first began practicing yoga with Bryan Kest in 2004 in order to help his posture as a drummer. What began as a physical practice quickly evolved into a mental practice, keeping him sane while he was on tour. After leaving the music industry, Mike went back to school and became an occupational therapist, currently specializing in orthopedics.

This is a post-work practice to destress and recharge. You will move through sun salutations, warrior 3, twists,headstand, and pigeon pose to reduce tension from the day and enliven the body and mind. This class culminates in a led savasana to draw yourself back to lightness and balance.
Happy & Healthy Hips
A short and sweet practice to effectively open the hips and create freedom in the lower back. This strong class will start with sun salutations, moving through lateral poses, half lotus variations, and finish with dynamic king pigeon.
Internal Power & Strength
Energize the body and mind through a dynamic sequence that will challenge your strength, steadiness and lung capacity. This sequence was designed to build prana, which is the force behind all functions of the body and mind. The practice becomes complete with pranayama (breathwork) to balance and stabilize the mind.
