Rachel is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor based in Culver City, CA having completed a 200-hour Holistic Yoga Flow training under Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom. After having played softball for 13 years with debilitating hip and back pain, she started practicing yoga as a way to alleviate pain. What began as a physical practice turned into a greater sense of peace, a more confident and empathetic sense of self, and a clearer mind. Yoga changed her life and she is honored to share that with her students.
Rachel implements a holistic approach to physically challenging Vinyasa flow classes, focusing on smart sequencing, safe alignment, and getting lost in the breath. Her intention is to cultivate an empowering and loving environment for all levels and hopes to help encourage you to live your yoga off your mat.
