This class focuses on maintaining and improving lower back health. This shorter half-hour class takes you through a series of poses that engage the core to support length in the lower back. These are basic poses that bring attention to low back and focus on a full range of movement in the hips through all planes to help release tension that could contribute to lower back strain, tightness or pain.
