A practice of always being less judgmental of any thing and any one, until one acquires intimate knowledge of the thing or the person. These past years have been the strongest practice in not buying into the "he saids" and "she saids" and then basing my opinion from "these others" agendas. Oh, its easier (lazier) , for sure. But never is it the complete truth. The practice of experiencing and having first hand knowledge versus listening to others and having information has been the practicality of my yoga practice. HArder to say , with humility "I don't know that thing, or that person at all" so i will not judge. I will meet the pose (or person) face to face , then , and only then, do i have a right to my own experience. enjoy the practical.

Thank you Bryan and thank you Melissa. The eagle was a bit shaky here on my end in Berlin. So grateful for the angel. Great class to observe challenging poses in shaky times finding support in being gentle and grateful.

Great class especially for those days seeking a little bit more of challenge... long crescent lunges and camel poses... great gratitude meditation at the end... So glad even my hubby joined in... 20 years ago having practiced your original yoga videos ! Thanks Bryan!
