

Spinal Balancing
- Left hand under left shoulder, push elbow straight
- Right arm and left leg lift from the floor and extend away from the torso
- Right palm turns in
- Left hip turns down even with right hip
- Extend limbs to the degree YOU feel comfortable
- Length in torso being created by pulling right arm and left leg away from each other
- Keep bottom arm straight and strong
- Keep neck soft and if comfortable lift extended limbs a little higher
