PY Workshops & Retreats
Bryan will be visiting Europe and Asia, in addition to various U.S. stops in 2010. Bryan will be visiting Beijing, China for the first time during his Asia tour in July, 2010! As if three continents weren't enough, he is holding a three-week teacher training program August 8-29, 2010 in Maya Tulum, Mexico. Details are posted now at on our Teacher Training Information page.

We are excited to announce that your yoga studio, Santa Monica Power Yoga West, is the first yoga studio in Santa Monica to be Green Business Certified (more information at http://www.smgbc.org/). Stop by our retail store to see all the eco-friendly improvements we've made. To begin your earth-friendly experience before you even get to the studio, consider riding your bicycle and using our on site bicycle rack, or check out the Big Blue Bus schedule, as the #1 and 2 and 10 Freeway Express routes all stop nearby. If your inspiration continues after your studio visit, look at addition green tips provided online or join a Sustainable Works class for ways that you can continue green-ing your lifestyle.

A few side notes to our students
Please remember to take your shoes off when entering the studio. We have done our best to make Power Yoga a sacred place to practice. We ask that you help keep it sacred and clean by removing your shoes.
